The radial extrusion force of the knurling is very large, so the rotational speed of the workpiece should be lower when machining knurled aluminum. Need to fully supply of cooling lubricating fluid, to avoid grinding the knurling knife and prevent the fines occured in knurling knife to produce chaotic pattern.
