Hard Anodising of Aluminium

  Hard anodising of aluminium refers to the process that aluminum and aluminum alloys in the corresponding electrolyte and under specific process conditions, under the action of applied electric current to form an oxide film on aluminum and its alloy (anode). Hard anodising of aluminium oxide film changes its surface state and performance, such as surface coloring, improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance and hardness, protection of aluminum surface. Hard anodising of aluminum oxide film has 50% infiltration in the aluminum alloy, 50% attached to the aluminum alloy surface, cause hard anodising of aluminium, products external size to become larger, the inner hole becomes smaller, therefore, tolerances should be provided for precision dimensional parts.
