This is an aluminium clamp made of 6061 aluminium material. As can be seen from the following Machining videos, our engineer designed four aluminium fabrication parts with a rectangular piece of aluminium block. In the process of CNC cutting aluminium, two pieces of aluminium block are clamped with different fixtures at the same time, and different surfaces of the product are machined. This kind of CNC cutting aluminium method can greatly reduces the downtime and improves the machining efficiency.
