Custom CNC Plastic Material Parts Fabrication

  The elastic modulus of the CNC plastic material parts is only 1/10 to 1/16 of metal, When Machining Plastic, if the tool and fixture exert too much pressure on the CNC plastic material parts, it will cause greater elastic deformation, affect the Machining accuracy of the CNC plastic material parts, and will cause serious machining difficulties. Therefore, in machining plastic, the tool parameters should be reasonable, cutting edge should be sharp and cutting amount should be appropriate to reduce cutting force.  In addition, the clamping force can not be too large. In high speed machining, the plastic fragments that are cut are melted state, and will be harden when it is cold. During machining plastic, the chips are easily adhered to the cutting tools, so as to change the tool angle, increase the cutting depth, affect the machining accuracy of CNC plastic material parts, so should remove the chip in time.
