Machining White Delrin Insulating Ring

In the process of machining white Delrin, the workpiece will deform because of many factors. In view of these deformation factors, we adopted the following measures in machining white Delrin to prevent deformation:

1. Make the rough more normative before rough machining, then start rough machining. When machining white delrin, should divited more times process as much as possible to reduce the amount of deformation. In addition, when machining white Delrin can also be processed by using glue, so that deformation is very small.

2. Using high-speed steel knife to machining white delrin without alloy knife, because the high-speed steel knife is very sharp, the heat generated is relatively small when cutting.

3.  When machining white,Delrin, the amount of cutting should not be too large.
