In CNC plastic material cutting edge should be sharp, water-cooled, spindle speed should be fast ( Machining center speed is 3000-5000), cutting amount (roughing machining 1-5MM per cutter, finishing machining use ball end milling cutter) speed is 2500mm-3500mm per minute, and clamp plastic should be firm (to prevent plastic product deformation from loosening fixture); Metal Machining can use flying cutter, tungsten steel cutter, finishing is the best choice. Tool machining with R angle can improve smoothness. When programming, the size of the tool and the new and old state of the tool are mainly considered. For example, milling the matching hole of 10MM metal, the hole programmed with 4MM is only 9.95-9.99 and there is no 10MM. Therefore, the tool operation of 3.96-3.99 should be programmed with 4MM tool.
