This is a custom milling and laser cutting aluminum sheet. The Machining steps are as follows: 1. Milling Aluminum sheet by milling machine. Cutting the aluminum sheet to a required outer contour. 2. Laser cutting aluminum sheet. Laser cutting refers to the use of high power density laser beam to the material to be cut, the material quickly is heated to the vaporization temperature, evaporation hole formed, with the beam movement of materials, holes continuously formed narrow width slit, complete cutting of aluminum sheet. 3. Anodizing for aluminum sheet. Anodizing can protect the aluminum sheet from oxidation and can be oxidized into different colors. According to the requirements of customers, we anodized the aluminum parts into silver. 4. Welding.
