Precision Machining PPO Plastic Components

  PPO plastic components non-toxic, relatively small density, with excellent mechanical strength, stress relaxation, creep resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, steam resistance, dimensional stability. PPO plastic components in a wide temperature, frequency range of electrical performance is good, not hydrolysis, molding shrinkage is small, flame retardant self-extinguishing, resistance to inorganic acids, alkali, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, oil and other performance is poor, easy to swell or stress cracking. PPO plastic components has many advantages, such as large rigidity, high heat resistance, nonflammable, high strength and good electrical performance. The load deformation temperature of PPO, plastic and components can reach more than 190 ℃, and the brittleness temperature is -170 ℃.
