  When designers design PEEK product models or small batch PEEK parts, injection molding is not economical, so CNC Machining PEEK is usually used. CNC machining PEEK can use the same equipment technology as other engineering plastics, and then reorganize and burring. Because PEEK material has good wear resistance and good physical properties, it is generally recommended to use carbide, diamond turning tools and drills to CNC machining PEEK.

 5 Tolerance:0.01mm. Minority size: 0.005mm. The measuring instrument can measure the dimension precision: 0.01mm.
