Ultem parts has a high temperature stability, and even if the material is non reinforced PEI, Ultem parts still has good toughness and strength. Therefore, the use of material superior thermal stability can be used to make high-temperature heat-resistant devices. Ultem parts has excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation, radiation resistance, high and low temperature resistance and wear resistance, and can be transmitted through microwave. In machining Ultem Parts, in order to obtain the best surface finish and tight tolerances, it is recommended to use water-soluble coolant. Conventional oil-based cutting solutions, although suitable for many metals and plastics, but may cause stress rupture in Ultem parts crystals.

 5 Tolerance: 0.01mm. Minority size: 0.005mm. The measuring instrument can measure the dimension precision: 0.01mm.
