1. Steel cutting surface or shear surface, should be no cracks, slag, stratification and greater than 1mm of the missing edge, should be fully checked.
2. Carbon structural steel at ambient temperature below a 160C, low-alloy structural steel in the ambient temperature is lower than a l20C, should not be cold correction and cold bending.
Carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel in the heating correction, the heating temperature should not exceed 9000 C. Low alloy structural steel should be cooled after heating correction.
3. Corrected steel surface, there should be no obvious concave or damage, scratches depth of not more than 0.5mm, and should not be greater than the thickness of the steel to allow negative deviation of 1 / 2.
