(1) corrosion damage of CNC machined parts
In order to prevent the corrosion of the CNC machined parts, the corrosion resistant materials (nickel, chromium, zinc, etc.) are often plated on the surface of the CNC machined metal parts, or basting oil on the surface of the CNC machined metal parts, and coating anticorrosive paint on the surface of CNC machined non-metallic parts, to prevent the CNC machined parts from contacting the harmful medium directly. By improving the surface finish of CNC machined parts, the potential difference of CNC machined parts can also be reduced.

Treatment methods: In the CNC Machining process, the surface roughness of CNC machined parts is improved, and the relatively smooth section filtration is adopted to reduce the stress concentration of CNC machined parts. In addition, the use of carburizing, quenching and other methods to improve the hardness, toughness and wear resistance of CNC machined parts can also achieve good results.
(3) friction damage of CNC machined parts
In order to reduce the friction loss of the abrasive, wear resistant materials should be used as far as possible on the CNC machined parts. When the shape of the CNC machined parts of the machine is designed, the friction resistance should be reduced as much as possible.
