How to prevent the deformation of the cnc machining parts

Parts in the process of CNC Machining,When the amount of turning and milling is large,The workpiece will be deformed.According to our Machining experience,Metal Machining deformation is small,plastic machining deformation is large.We have taken some technical measures to prevent deformation.

1,Will be rough machining and finishing machining separately, and the interval of 24 hours.So that after the rough machining of the natural recovery.

2,Reduce the impact of clamping force on the workpiece.In the machining technology to take the following measures to reduce the impact of clamping force
