Reasons for failures of CNC lathe processing equipment and treatment methods

The main items of CNC lathe processing equipment include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system, and air pressure system. The daily inspection of CNC lathe processing equipment is based on the normal conditions of each system. For example, when the process of the spindle lubrication system is tested, the power light should be on and the oil pump should operate normally. If the power light is off, the spindle should be kept in a stopped state and contact the mechanical engineer. Carry out repairs.
The quarterly inspection of CNC lathe processing equipment should mainly be inspected from three aspects: the machine bed, hydraulic system, and spindle lubrication system. For example, when inspecting the machine bed, it mainly depends on the accuracy of the machine tool and whether the level of the machine tool meets the requirements in the manual. If there is any problem, you should contact the mechanical engineer immediately. When inspecting the hydraulic system and the spindle lubrication system, if there is any problem, replace with new oil 6oL and 20L, and clean it.

The causes and treatment of abnormal phenomena in the hydraulic system of CNC lathe processing equipment should be understood from three aspects:
1. The oil pump of the CNC lathe processing equipment does not spray oil: the main reasons may be low liquid level in the oil tank, reverse rotation of the oil pump, low speed, high oil viscosity, low oil temperature, clogged filter, excessive oil suction pipe piping volume, Air intake at the oil inlet, damage to the shaft and rotor, etc. There are corresponding solutions for the main reasons, such as filling with oil, confirming the sign, and changing the oil pump when the oil pump is reversed.
2. The pressure of the CNC lathe processing equipment is abnormal: that is, the pressure is too high or too low. The main reasons are also various, such as improper pressure setting, improper operation of the pressure regulating valve coil, abnormal pressure gauge, and leaks in the hydraulic system. Corresponding solutions include dismantling and cleaning according to the specified pressure setting, changing to a normal pressure gauge, and checking each system in turn.
3. There is noise in CNC lathe processing equipment: the noise is mainly produced by oil pumps and valves. When the valve is noisy, the reason is that the flow rate exceeds the rated standard, and the flow rate should be adjusted appropriately; when the oil pump is noisy, the reason and corresponding solutions are also various, such as high oil viscosity and low oil temperature. To raise the oil temperature; when there are bubbles in the oil, the air in the system should be released and so on.
All in all, after fully familiarizing and mastering the knowledge of preventive maintenance, you must also have a deeper understanding and necessary mastery of the causes and treatment of abnormalities in the hydraulic system. For example, when the oil pump does not inject oil, the pressure is abnormal, and there is noise, etc., you should know the main reasons and the corresponding solutions.
